This is home to one of the scariest and most demanding white-water courses in the world. Joe gets straight down to it showing the bunch just what it takes to be an Olympic champion and throws them all in at the deep end... literally! In a hair-raising kayak race full of thrills, spills and major wipeouts, Tilly and Jack battle it out to see who's the fastest Ramsay on the rapids.
