Bheir Fiona NicCoinnich agus Niall-Iain Dòmhnallach fàilte is furan dhuibh do shealladh air Fèis a' Chridhe Tartan Bhelladruim bho 2017. Anns a' phrògram-sa, cluinnear prìomh chòmhlan a' chiad oidhche a' cluich an Àrd-làir Garden air oighreachd Bhelladruim, faisg air a' Mhanachainn. 'S iad sàr chòmhlan 'disco' agus peathraichean ainmeil às na Stàitean Aonaichte. Cò eile ach Sister Sledge a' thàinig air chèilidh air Belladrum airson a' chiad uair a-riamh, ged a tha iad gu math eòlach agus dèidheil air Alba. Bhon a' thòisich iad aig toiseach na seachdadan, tha buaidh mhòr air a bhith aca air saoghal-ciùil disco.

Tha Sister Sledge ainmeil airson an t-òran We are Family agus an-diugh tha mac Joni, Thaddeus White, a' seinn còmhla ris na peathraichean - Debbie, Kim agus a mhàthair. Cuideachd chluinnidh sibh Tanya Tiet a tha air a bhith seinn còmhla ri Sister Sledge bho 2012.

Fiona MacKenzie and Niall Iain Macdonald present highlights from the 2017 Belladrum Tartan Heart music festival.

Tonight's featured act is a truly sensational sister act and ultimate disco group from the USA - who other than Sister Sledge? The group headlined the opening night of Belladrum and wowed the crowds at the festival, held on the Belladrum Estate by Beauly.

Although their first time playing at Belladrum, the sisters shared their love of Scotland and the fond memories they had of their first visit to the Highlands in earlier years. Since they formed in the early seventies, Sister Sledge's style and sound has hugely influenced the world of disco music. Famous for the track We Are Family, the sisters have certainly stayed true to their word as Joni's son Thaddeus White now sings with his aunts Debbie and Kim. Tanya Tiet completes the singing line-up. Show less
