Have you ever looked at your doctor and wondered what she or he is really thinking? Are they happy? Fulfilled? Stressed? What is your doctor's life like away from the surgery or hospital? How much does their day to day job, their training and colleagues affect their mental well-being? The psychologist Dr Caroline Elton joins Jenni to talk about what she learnt from years of working as an occupational psychologist for doctors, what she witnessed firsthand about doctors' work-lives and some of the observations included in her book "Also Human".
