Jay Rayner and his panel of food experts take a trip to the Mary Rose in Portsmouth. Andi Oliver, Tim Hayward, Sophie Wright and Dr Annie Gray answer questions from the audience.

This week, the panellists delve into the rich culinary history of the Mary Rose and dispel a few myths about marie rose sauce along the way. They also offer recipe ideas for one-pot cooking, suggest what you can do with salted cod and, once again, do their best to ensure you never look at a banana in the same way!
