New Year's here and the usual self-help books are being promoted. This year however there's a noticeable rise in books about going sober. Jane is joined by Clare Pooley, author of The Sober Diaries, and Catherine Gray, who's written The Unexpected Joy of Being Sober. They discuss their experiences and whether sobriety is just the latest passing trend in wellbeing.
