With news breaking that Ashdene Ridge is being sold for development, the YP are sent into a tailspin and must try to find a way to save their home. Alex's idea of causing a scene only makes matters worse, and even Ryan's attempts to use Mike's MBE to gain favour with the Queen doesn't work.
