Rugby union has never been so popular. The World Cup is touted as the third biggest sporting event in the world. Player salaries get ever larger and the game expands into new territories from Georgia to China. And yet former England international Rob Andrew says the sport could be brought to its knees if ongoing tensions between the game's major stakeholders turn sour.
