First broadcast: on BBC NewsLatest broadcast: on BBC News

2020 marks the 25th anniversary of the Srebrenica massacre, the biggest war crime committed in Europe since 1945. In 2017, General Ratko Mladic, often considered the architect of the terrible events in this town in eastern Bosnia, was found guilty of crimes against humanity and genocide. He has subsequently appealed. This film was first broadcast just before that guilty verdict and contains some distressing content. Show less
