It's "Black Friday" and it promises to be the busiest online shopping day of the year - but are many Scottish customers paying a postcode penalty to get their goods delivered? Campaigners are claiming some companies are using a rural postcode as an excuse to ramp up delivery costs. Should we all pay the same rate or do you accept that you just have to pay more if you live far from the depot?
