A couple comes forward to adopt the twins, but Toni doesn't share Billie's enthusiasm about the chance for a fresh start. Desperate not to ruin their chance at adoption, Billie employs underhand methods to get what she wants, but her plan soon comes undone and any chance at adoption is ruined.
