Fallon and Harrison have made an offer on a house. It isn't as nice as Woodbine Cottage, but Emma is very jealous when she sees pictures. She's not sure how long they've got in Grange Farm. Later, Fallon is delighted to hear that the offer has been accepted. There's more good news; the Duxford sisters haven't pulled out of opening the fete.

Seeing Oliver in need of a friend, Emma calls Ed. Oliver is feeling lost now that Caroline's memorial service is over. He doesn't even have a home, and couldn't return to Grange Farm without Caroline. Ed reminds Oliver he doesn't have to rush any decisions, including where to scatter the ashes. Oliver is impressed by his wisdom. Oliver has been there for Ed, now Ed wants to return the favour.

Matt visits the Dower House to apologise to Justin. He underestimated how influential he could be, and faces an uncertain future after the failed Investors' Day. Later, Justin boasts to Lilian that he still intends to get Matt fired. Lilian pleads with Justin to let it go and then goes in search of Matt to warn him that his job is still in danger. She wishes she could stand by and watch Justin destroy Matt, but she can't. Show less
