Woman's Hour has gained exclusive access to the men's prison, HMP Risely in the North West of England, which is run by a woman Governor, Pia Sinha. Pia talks to reporter Siobhann Tighe about the challenges she faces, and what it is like to be a leader in such a male dominated environment.

Polly Neate has been the Chief Executive of Women's Aid for the last four years. It is her last day in the role before she moves to head up the housing and homeless charity, Shelter. She reflects on her time working in the women's sector, and explains why now is a particularly precarious and critical time.

Dina Mousawi and Itab Azzam worked together on a theatre project with Syrian refugees. They began collecting recipes from the people they met, and turned them into a cookbook, Syria: Recipes From Home. They join Jenni in the studio to Cook the Perfect smoked aubergine salad.

England has reached the women's cricket world cup final at Lords on Sunday. The cricket commentator and presenter Alison Mitchell discusses the prospect of a win.

In the next of our series on the twelve finalists in the Woman's Hour Craft Prize in partnership with the Crafts Council and the V&A, we meet the ceramicist Neil Brownsword.
