Matt travels to south Cambridgeshire to meet the council's fraud investigators; they have discovered that a resident in their neighbourhood may not actually be a single mum as she had told the council. As the team start looking further into her case, the potential benefit fraud goes from thousands of pounds to tens of thousands of pounds and more than one council has been cheated.
We also meet a young man in desperate need of a second chance. After a traumatic early childhood Jordan was fostered aged just three years old, but as a teenager threw it all away by committing a crime that would lead him to jail.
