Episode 11: Angel, Tyra and Mario: Angel Takes Care of an Injured Pigeon

Duration: 14 minutes

First broadcast: on CBeebiesLatest broadcast: on CBeebies

Stories about the everyday lives of children living in eight different countries around the world.

In this programme we visit three children who are all having a very busy day.

On a hot day in Peru, seven-year-old Angel is feeding his family's chickens, ducks and turkeys, and checking on the recovery of an injured pigeon.

In Ghana, Tyra, who's five, is at nursery school, singing, dancing, and having a delicious lunch.

And in Italy, Mario, who is seven, and lives in Sicily, enjoys a family walk up Europe's tallest volcano, Mount Etna.

We see that, although children live in different countries, may look different and speak different languages, the joys and challenges of childhood are universal. Show less
