Actor, writer, producer and director Zawe Ashton guest edits. Zawe is best known for her roles in Channel 4 comedies Fresh Meat and Not Safe For Work, and more recently appeared in the Idris Elba series Guerrilla on Sky. She has also built a successful career in theatre.

We'll be discussing the very specific fear of getting your period on stage - not just a niggling fear but the absolute conviction that it's started and everyone can see. And you have to carry on regardless. Psychotherapist and author Philippa Perry joins us to discuss how common this feeling is for women when they're under pressure, what it tells us about how we - and society - view our bodies.

Serbian designer Roksanda Ilincic joins us in the studio. Her work is inspired by buildings - not bodies. Roksanda's background in architecture has shaped the way she approaches her fashion design, and Zawe Ashton is a fan of her work.

Lady Emma Weymouth made history when she became Britain's first black Viscountess. She married into one of England's oldest aristocratic families who have owned the 100,000 acre Longleat estate in Wiltshire since the 16th century. Lady Weymouth joins us to discuss her experiences as a woman of colour in the British aristocracy. And writer and commentator Afua Hirsh talks to us about Britain's attitude to race, and its role in high society, past and present.

The cellist and songwriter Ayanna Witter-Johnson performs the song 'Unconditionally' from her upcoming album.
