Matt Allwright joins housing officers in Peterborough, where an estate inspection reveals how illegal fly-tipping is blighting the lives of residents.

We meet two families in Wiltshire who are looking to change their lives by swapping their homes. In Stroud, a newly vacated property reveals an alarming colour scheme, and in Newcastle, housing officers investigate whether one of their tenants has been a victim of a garden land-grab.

Matt also meets a 91-year-old resident in Aylesbury who is hoping to face a warmer winter now her coal fire has been swapped for radiators. Show less
