Three times Oscar nominee Sigourney Weaver talks about her latest role as a grandmother in A Monster Calls where a young boy escapes into a fantastical world of monsters and fairy tales to deal with his mother's illness.

The RCOG has just published revised guidelines to help diagnose and treat women with premenstrual tension.
