Melody and her mum arrive at Watford School of Music to meet a family who all play different instruments. It is not the people who are from the same family, it is the instruments. As Mum and Melody come up the stairs they can hear different instruments, including a trumpet. They find a group of children who all play different brass instruments. After the children demonstrate different sounds their instruments make, Melody and her mum then hurry to meet Melody's friends who are also going to watch Brass Attack, a junior brass band, give a recital of Colonel Bogey composed by Kenneth J Alford and Odd Socks composed by Alan Fernie.
Melody is looking forward to knowing what the music will make her friends think of. The music begins and Melody's imagination, with the help of animation, gets to work. Mum and Melody then go and meet the friends and when the music is played again, with animation, we see what the music makes the friends think of. Show less
