When Mrs Hampton volunteers to help out at the upcoming food festival at school, Lily panics that her mother is going to embarrass her big time - as usual. Jas suggests helping her manage her mum but ends up becoming BFFs with Mrs Hampton herself. They bond over food as they bake cakes together for the festival and Jas becomes Mrs Hampton's chief taster. A jealous Lily accuses Jas of trying to steal her mum and retaliates by trying in turn to bond with Jas's dad.

Meanwhile, Martha becomes an accidental rebel when she gets locked in the library and is late for chess practice. Trying to escape from the locked library she sets off the fire alarm by mistake and breaks her phone when the door handle comes off and sends her flying. Her broken phone leads to further misunderstanding, and her place on the chess team looks to be in danger, as her perceived bad behaviour threatens to see her dropped from the team. Show less
