Baghdad is in crisis after a drought leaves everyone in a panic. In an effort to appear like he's taking control, the Vizier consults the seer, who blames it on a missing frog from the well. When it turns out that Aladdin has a frog, the Vizier uses this as an opportunity to banish Aladdin from Baghdad, claiming that will help bring the water back.
