Series about twins Amelia and Imogen, who are preparing for the Dwarf Games. Both Amelia and Imogen love cycling! But in training, ahead of the Dwarf Games, neither of them are very good at focusing and get distracted very easily! To help them with their cycling, they meet the current world champion paracyclist Kadeena Cox, who gives them a coaching session on their bikes. The girls then go and meet their favourite chef, Tilly Ramsay, who they're hoping will be able to give them some nutritional recipes to help them focus in their training.
