Anns an t-sreath seo chì sinn dè a bhios a' tachairt air cùl ghnothaichean aig puirt-adhair na Gàidhealtachd is nan Eilean tro shùilean an fheadhainn a tha ag obair annta. An t-seachdain-sa, tha sinn a-muigh ann a heileacoptar a' mhaoir-chladaich ann an Inbhir Nis 's iad a' gabhail pàirt ann an eacarsaich le bata-teasairginn Inbhir Ghòrdain.

Feumaidh iad Jon Burley agus sìneadair a chuir sìos dhan bhàta agus a thogail a rithist - fhad 's a tha am bàta-teasairginn a' gluasad. A bharrachd air port-adhair Gibraltar, chan eil ach aon phort-adhair anns an t-saoghal far a bheil an rathad mòr a' dol tarsainn air an raon laighe - Sumburgh - agus tha gillean nan geataichean air an sàrachadh aig feadhainn a' ruith na solais.

Anns an eadar-àm, tha Shonnie MacAoidh ag obair air deasg-siubhal Loganair aig Port-adhair Beinn na Faoghla, agus chan eil a h-uile càil a' dol mar bu chòrr.

In this programme, we follow the Inverness-based coastguard search and rescue helicopter as it does a joint training mission with Invergordon Lifeboat. Jon Burley is winched down onto the deck of the moving lifeboat along with a stretcher: a feat of nerve and skill.

Apart from Gibraltar Airport, the only other airport in the world to have a main road pass through the runway is Sumburgh in Shetland. The men who man the barriers face the challenge of drivers jumping the traffic lights. Meanwhile, Shonnie MacKay is on duty at the Loganair check-in desk at Benbecula Airport, and everything isn't going according to plan. Show less
