Dominic Littlewood comes to the aid of ordinary people who are having a consumer nightmare. Three weeks after taking her car in for a routine service, Angie was driving along when her engine suddenly failed. She believes a mistake was made during the service which caused the car to suddenly lose all its oil, but the garage who carried out the service say it is nothing to do with them.
