Six Nations Rugby

2016

Wales v Scotland

Duration: 2 hours, 35 minutes

First broadcast: on BBC One Scotland HDLatest broadcast: on BBC One Wales

John Inverdale introduces live coverage from the Millennium Stadium as Wales meet old adversaries Scotland. Wales have won the last eight meetings between the countries, all of them during the tenure of head coach Warren Gatland. He has led the Welsh to three Six Nations titles, with his 2012 side the last team to complete the Grand Slam.

Scotland finished with the wooden spoon in 2015 and are yet to win the Six Nations title this millennium. However, buoyed by an encouraging display at 2015's World Cup, where they lost to Australia in the quarter-finals by a single point, they are primed for a better showing this time around.

Andy Nicol, Martyn Williams and Jeremy Guscott provide expert analysis, with match commentary from Andrew Cotter, Jonathan Davies and Chris Paterson. Show less
