Special Christmas episode of the documentary series following Sparta Security, a Darlington-based private security firm. Sparta is run by well-known local character Francis Jones, who has given behind-the-scenes access to himself, his staff and their operations, as they resolve to clean up the streets of Darlington.

Francis is searching for Sparta's Employee of the Year. The lucky winner will receive a prize, but Francis has some tricks up his sleeve to find out who's really pulling their weight and all will be revealed at the Sparta Christmas party.

Elsewhere, Francis is asked to help stamp out a mysterious outbreak of tree vandalism on a local estate. He turns to an old employee for help, and in festive costume they try and catch the culprit. Francis is also trying to restart his boxing career. With Rachel acting as drill instructor he sheds the pounds for a comeback fight. Show less
