Match of the Day Live

Euro 2016

The Draw

Duration: 1 hour, 14 minutes

First broadcast: on BBC Two HDLatest broadcast: on BBC Two England

Jason Mohammad presents live coverage of the draw for the 2016 European Championship.

The format for Euro 2016 has been expanded to accommodate 24 countries, meaning the draw in Paris will see teams split into six groups of four. As one of the top seeds, England are guaranteed to avoid World Cup winners Germany and reigning European champions Spain - but Roy Hodgson's men could still face awkward opposition such as Italy, who eliminated the Three Lions from Euro 2012 and beat them at the 2014 World Cup.

This is uncharted territory for Wales and Northern Ireland, both of whom will be playing at their first European Championship finals.
