Topsy wakes up in hospital feeling much better after having had a temperature in the night. When Mummy pops off to get a cup of tea, Nurse Yolanda arrives to do Topsy's 'Obs'. Yolanda says she needs Topsy's help, as a new patient is arriving on the ward today. Topsy is dressed in normal clothes for the first time since her operation when Molly arrives. Molly is the same age as Topsy and has broken her leg badly. She lets Topsy knock on her cast. Topsy wants to show Molly the Playzone, but Molly's not well enough yet and needs to rest after her operation so Topsy helps Yolanda do Molly's 'Obs' instead.

After lunch, it's visiting time and Grandma comes to see Topsy. It's the first time they've seen each other since Topsy was taken ill. Grandma shows Topsy a funny photo of her dog, Mossy. Then - a big surprise! - Mr Rosen arrives with his wheelie bag.

Topsy introduces Grandma and Mr Rosen to Molly. Mr Rosen says he broke his leg when he was a child too, but he loved drawing on the cast. And that reminds him to give Topsy the present he's brought for her - some colouring pens!

Topsy, Molly, Grandma and the mums are decorating Molly's cast, when Dr Walton arrives. Dr Walton says Topsy will be able to go home tomorrow. Topsy is happy, but a bit disappointed that she'll miss her new friend Molly. Mummy thinks Topsy will have time to show Molly the Playzone tomorrow morning before they head home. Show less
