The Scottish Cup Final
Inverness Caledonian Thistle v Falkirk
History beckons for either Inverness Caledonian Thistle or Falkirk in the blue riband event of Scottish football. The Highlanders are chasing a first Scottish Cup win in their 21-year history, and victory would cap a memorable season which has already seen them qualify for Europe for the first time. Championship side Falkirk were last in the final in 2009, when they lost to Rangers, but victory would see them lift the oldest national trophy in world football for the third time, adding to their success in 1913 and 1957. A memorable season will have a fairy-tale ending for one of these two clubs.
