Triathlon

2015

Japan

Duration: 1 hour, 30 minutes

First broadcast: on BBC Two ScotlandLatest broadcast: on BBC Two HD

Jonathan Edwards presents highlights of the Triathlon World Series from Yokohama in Japan. In the men's race, Olympic gold medallist Alistair Brownlee will again lock horns with his old adversary Javier Gomez of Spain. Great Britain's Brownlee is trying to make up for lost time after he missed the start of the season with an ankle injury. In his absence, his brother Jonny posted some impressive results to take an early lead at the top of the rankings, but he is sitting this one out.

In the women's event, Great Britain's Non Stanford makes a return to World Series action for the first time since she won the 2013 title. She didn't defend her crown last year due to a foot injury that also caused her to miss the Commonwealth Games. She will be taking on America's Gwen Jorgensen, who has looked unstoppable in the opening races of this season. Show less
