A Long Long Crime Ago

Episode 2: Three Littlepigs versus Bigbad Wolf

First broadcast: on CBBC ChannelLatest broadcast: on CBBC HD

Courtroom drama which looks at fairy-tale characters through a modern eye and puts them on trial for their misdemeanours. In a court presided over by eccentric Judge Hatter, a larger-than-life cast of characters put their arguments to the court. A jury of real children will make the final decision. Guilty or not guilty - the fate of Storyville's characters is in their hands.

Rivalry is taken too far as the Littlepig brothers allege that Bigbad from Storyville Wolves FC huffed, puffed, and blew down the Storyville Pigs brand new stadium...

Vince Charming, a prince among TV reporters, commentates on the trial of Bigbad Wolf, star player for Storyville Wolves FC. He stands accused of destroying the Storyville Pigs' new football stadium. Oinky, Grunty and Malcolm, the three Littlepig brothers are long term rivals of Bigbad and the Wolves. Judge Hatter presides as evidence is heard from some colourful witnesses. Pigs' Head of Security Linda Troll, a woman of few words and high emotions; Colin Hare, a sports commentator whose life is one long sports commentary; Marion Mirror, Storyville's eccentric weather girl; and the Littlepig brothers snort and splutter their way through the trial in typically pig like fashion. Will the truth come to the fore? Will the jury of real children condemn Bigbad or grant him a happy ending? Only they can decide! Show less
