Superstar coaches will.i.am, Sir Tom Jones, Rita Ora and Ricky Wilson hear from Yorkshire lass Jade Hewitt who works in a crisp factory by day but channels her inner Beyoncé by night. We also meet Classical Reflection - identical 19-year-old mirror twins from Peterborough who finish each other sentences, study the same subjects and who even passed their driving tests on the same day.
