James Martin invites Olympic athlete Denise Lewis back to the street she grew up on in Wolverhampton to find out who lives there now.

It's a trip down memory lane for Denise, and she can't resist having a look around her old home. Denise and James meet the locals and set up an in-person social network in a campaign designed to tackle the growing issue of loneliness in the UK.
