Brilliant balloon artist Mrs Pufferbang is staying at the Mill on the Marsh. She has come to Sunnysands to run a big balloony beach bonanza, but she gets so carried away that she runs out of balloons before she even starts.

Auntie Jules, Elsie and Josh take Mrs Pufferbang to the toyshop to get more balloons, but Mr Whoops has a little accident and breaks her balloon pump. So they've got balloons, but no way of blowing them up! It's off to the lighthouse next to ask Mr Mentor to invent something. With a little help from Grandpa, the balloony beach bonanza can go ahead.
