The Sport Relief Games Show

Duration: 2 hours

First broadcast: on BBC One Scotland HDLatest broadcast: on BBC One Wales

The greatest Sport Relief weekend ever reaches its epic climax as thousands of people go the extra mile and take part in the Sport Relief Games live in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Alex Jones, Matt Baker and John Inverdale host live coverage as people of all ages and abilities take part in cycling at the Lee Valley VeloPark, swimming in the London Aquatics Centre or doing the mile in the South Park (taking in the sights of the Orbit and the Olympic Stadium) - or maybe all three. The programme is also live from the city of this summer's Commonwealth Games - Glasgow. Plus coverage of the 'milers' in Cardiff and Belfast.

There are films showing how the money raised by Sports Relief changes people's lives all over the world, and special guests pop in to share their Sport Relief experiences. Show less
