Mark Chapman introduces highlights of the day's four matches in the Premier League.
In the lunchtime kick-off, there was a mouth-watering clash as Tottenham welcomed champions Manchester United to White Hart Lane. Traditionally this fixture has served up some memorable matches over the years and it is one that has been dominated by the Red Devils. Tottenham have not beaten United at home in the league for 12 matches in a run stretching back to 2001. However, given the indifferent start to the season made by David Moyes' side, Spurs will fancy their chances of pulling off a rare victory.
Elsewhere, Chelsea host Southampton in an intriguing-looking encounter. The Saints took four points off the Blues last season, including an impressive 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge.
Also in action are Hull, who host Liverpool at the KC Stadium, and Manchester City take on Swansea at the Etihad. Show less
