In this episode, Joe meets dad and daughter Tony and Georgia Pankhurst. Tony's just helped buy air stewardess Georgia her very first property - an empty end of terrace house in Hastings. They're keen to share her plans to turn this run-down house into a modern and stylish home - and to get as much guidance as they can. To give Tony and Georgia tips and inspiration, Joe introduces them to a couple who have converted a similar property into a family home.

Joe also heads to Accrington in Lancashire, to see the large-scale conversion of more than 200 long-term empty homes to affordable housing.
