Brewster practises track laying by himself while the Chuggineers work near Rocky Ridge River. Suddenly a storm rolls in and torrential rain lashes down. The riverbank bursts and water pours down the hill, washing away the temporary track that connects the Chuggineers to the main line.
Brewster tries to lay more track to reach them, but the ground is too soggy. Chuggers help to sandbag the riverbank to stop the flow of water. When Brewster rolls over a sandbag, it gives him an idea. With the water flow already stemmed, Brewster lays sandbags on the soggy ground and puts track on top. It doesn't sink. The rescued Chuggineers are amazed at Brewster's ingenuity and track-laying skills. Show less
