What happens when a company throws the interview process out the window, and sends in a spy to find out what candidates are REALLY like?

This time Groupon, the world's biggest daily deal website, are sending one of their most trusted employees undercover to find the best person for a dream job in the company. The chosen person will be given the role of experience manager, trying out all the website's offers and creating new deals to sell on the site.
