Max‘s determined to have curry to celebrate Abi’s exam results. The police only find beta blockers when searching Carl. Kirsty’s concerned when Carl has an anxiety attack. Max arrives; he and Carl argue until Patrick intervenes. Carl steals Max’s mobile and confirms he called the police. Walking home, Max and Kirsty’s anger turns to passion. Cora and a fed up Abi wait at No.5 with the curry. Carl copies family contact details from Max’s phone before talking Patrick into letting him stay at the B&B. Carl retrieves drugs from his binned chip wrapper then gives Lauren Max’s phone. Lauren covers for Abi when she sneaks out to see Jay. The family sit down to eat but when Lauren mentions Max’s phone, Max storms out. Carl informs Max that September 3rd would have been his and Kirsty’s wedding day - on that day he’s going to end Max’s relationship with her.

Lauren walks Joey to R&R and finds Whitney helping set up for singles night. When Lauren mentions the vodka, Whitney and Joey look disappointed, suggesting she shouldn’t be at the club. Lauren leaves but quickly returns and berates them; her counsellor applauded her for being strong which they clearly weren’t when they slept together.

At the singles night, Kat’s bored but AJ (Clint) and Bianca conspire to find each other a partner. The woman Bianca finds isn’t interested in AJ but Bianca’s quite taken with AJ’s choice, Colin.

Fatboy’s applying to take over Tyler’s stall. He realises Tamwar fancies Alice. Poppy prepares a romantic meal for the pair and then she and Fatboy take Dot to the Vic. Alice and Tamwar realise they’ve been set up. They ditch the meal and cook fish fingers before heading to the cinema. Fatboy and Dot see them kiss but Poppy’s distracted by a text on Fatboy’s phone from ‘Chloe’. Show less
