Dennis and his faithful hound Gnasher are out to make every day as much fun as possible, but their adventures often lead them into trouble. The world's largest sausage is coming to Beanotown, and Dennis has promised Sgt Slipper that Gnasher won't eat it - or it's the kennels for good. The next day, a dog-shaped bite is found in the giant sausage, and Gnasher is immediately banged up. Knowing that his buddy is innocent, Dennis goes into detective mode, pulling out all the stops to find out who is responsible for snaffling the sausage segment and framing his faithful friend.
