'S ann an Cladh a' Leathad a tha prògram na seachdain-sa a' tòiseachadh, agus Uilleam a' dèanamh dealbh de Chaibeal Ùdraigil a chaidh a stèidheachadh, a-rèir eachdraidh, le Naomh Maol Rubha air an deach Loch Maol Rubha ainmeachadh. Tha cuid de eachdraidh-teaghlaich Uilleim sa chladh agus tha e air mòran rannsachaidh a dhèanamh mu na teaghlaichean a tha nan sìneadh fon fhòid ann.
Aig 'slip' a' Leathad, tha Uilleam ag innse mar a tha a' choimhearsnachd air a cheannach bho Chomhairle na Gàidhealtachd agus mar a tha 'd an dùil leasachadh a dhèanamh air.
Às a sin tha 'd a' dèanamh an slighe gu Taigh Ùdraigil agus a' dèanamh inneas air eachdraidh an teaghlaich a bha a'ruith na-oighreachd fad seachd ginealaich. Tha Uilleam ag innse mu aon te, bean fear de na h-uachdarain a thug a' char à balaich na sgìre airson a dhol dhan arm airson 's gu faigheadh a mac coimisean. Agus, ged a tha na ceanglaichean a' dol air ais pìos mòr, tha Uilleam ag aideachadh gum buin e fhèin dha na h-uachdarain! A thuilleadh air a sin, cluinnidh sin bhuaithe mu na chì iad à Taigh Ùdraigil - tarsainn Loch Bhraoin gu Achilillidh Bhuidhe agus a' Choigeach.
Allan Campbell and Willie MacRobbie visit the cemetery at Laide and Willie describes the ancient ruined Chapel of Sand of Udrigle said to have been established by Saint Maolrubha after whom Loch Maree is supposedly named. Willie comments on his family links to the cemetery and describes how he has researched and recorded details of other families interned there.
At the Laide slipway Allan is told how the community has purchased the facility from Highland Council and plans to develop it.
At Udrigle House Willie tells the history of the family who built and ran the Udrigle Estate for seven generations. He describes how the wife of one landlord tricked young men into army service in order to secure a commission for her son. Willie also confesses to being descended from the landlords' family, although the links go some way back! Willie also describes the views from Udrigle House, across Loch Broom to Achiltibiuie and Coigeach. Show less
