Joe meets David and Cathy Simpson, a couple from an earlier series who were inspired to take on an abandoned property after we showed them some of Britain's Empty Homes. Folllowing a long search, they stumbled upon their ideal project: a dilapidated and run-down character property that was uninhabitable. Undeterred, the Simpsons believed it had the potential to create the home they had been looking for. Three years on, have they pulled their ambitious project off?

We also follow up on the renovation and development of a listed hospital in Brighton, and we return to Cardiff with empty property officer Steve Reed on his mission to bring abandoned homes back into use. Show less
