Roxy presses Alfie to tell Kat he’s divorcing her. Jean’s upset by the news. When Alfie’s keen to talk to Kat later, Bianca’s convinced he’s missing her. Roxy lets slip to Michael about the divorce. Encouraged by Bianca, Kat allows herself to hope while Alfie nervously prepares a speech. Later at the Vic, Alfie struggles to break the news, professing he loves Kat but must move on. Kat realises he wants a divorce and pleads for a last chance but Alfie’s resolute – he can never trust her again.. Realising Roxy, Jean and Michael all knew before her, Kat lashes out, wildly shouting she’s better off without a pathetic man like Alfie.
