In this episode Joe meets Stuart Barclay, who dreams of moving to the country with his young family to carry out a big renovation. Joe shows Stuart a disused water mill in South Yorkshire which already has planning permission granted, and has scope to become the family home he yearns for. Joe then introduces Stuart to an architect and his family, who have recently converted an old barn and are very happy with the results.

We hear about a passionate group of volunteers who have been campaigning to save a Jacobean mansion in Lancashire, and go out and about with Cardiff's empty property officer Steve Reed. Show less
