Tamwar reveals they’re three months behind on the Argee Bhajee mortgage; Syed scrapes together £9,000 and asks Tamwar to be best man. Later, Syed’s supplier arrives. Syed hurries Tamwar out early. At home, Zainab’s pleased the family’s moving on. Meanwhile, Syed writes the supplier a £10,000 cheque from the restaurant cheque book, forging Tamwar’s signature.

Jubilant that Lola’s finished her community service, the trio leave hand prints, and Lexi’s footprint, on the playground in red paint.
