Lucy, Lauren and Whitney have no money for their girls’ night out. Tanya gives Lauren money, proud of her for giving up drinking, leaving Lauren feeling guilty. Lucy extracts money from Ian and Whitney borrows some from Fat Boy. Tyler‘s bemused that Whitney’s avoiding him, he thought the pregnancy scare was a lucky escape for them both. Finding her moon necklace, Whitney decides not to go out. She and Tyler talk and she’s touched when she finds the Orient babygro. Lucy persuades Lauren to drink the whisky she earlier stole from Derek. In town, Lucy and Lauren discuss their families over a bottle of wine; they’re emotional and supportive of one other. Returning from the bar, Lucy finds Lauren kissing a stranger, Dan. Lauren heads off to Dan’s car with his friends. Panicking, Lucy runs after them and kicks up a fuss until the boys throw Lauren out of the car, minus her handbag. Drunk, Lauren starts insulting Lucy. When Lucy hales a taxi, Lauren wanders off. Lucy searches and eventually finds Lauren slumped in an alleyway, unconscious.
Mandy’s dismissive when the hospital calls about Lorraine, telling Phil she’s sick of caring. Ian apologises for his recent treatment of Mandy but is desperate to know what she was talking to Phil about. Ian gives Mandy some shoes. Mandy’s disappointed when he avoids sex.
Tiffany worries about her maths test. Masood bribes her to study with cat treats for Joey. Derek attempts to persuade the kids they want to stay in Walford but Carol’s determined to move.
Nico deliberately makes Fat Boy work the McKlunky’s late shift so he’ll miss his DJ set.
Afia feels snubbed when the girls don’t invite her out. Things are strained between Afia and Tamwar, Zainab thinks they need to put their minds to making the Argee Bhajee busier. Show less
