Series 1

Episode 2: Blind Auditions 2

Duration: 1 hour, 20 minutes

First broadcast: on BBC One HDLatest broadcast: on BBC Three

It's the second round of blind auditions as the search for The Voice continues. Music superstars Sir Tom Jones, Jessie J, will.i.am and Danny O'Donoghue take on the role of coaches in a mission to find and nurture the UK's next great voice. With over 140 million album sales between them, thousands of fans in every corner of the globe and countless number 1 hits, there is no better team to do the job.

This is a talent show like no other - during the blind auditions, hopeful artists take to the stage while the coaches listen with their backs turned. The coaches must make their choices on vocal ability alone.

When a coach likes what they hear, they hit a button which turns their chair to face the artist, who then lands a place on that coach's team. But it's not that simple, as if more than one coach turns their chair the power shifts, and it's up to the singer to decide whose team they want to join. If no coach turns, the auditionee is out of the competition.

Hosted by Holly Willoughby and Reggie Yates, the second episode sees the competition heat up as the coaches battle it out to win over the most outstanding voices for their team.
