The biggest ever Sport Relief reaches an amazing climax as the nation goes the extra mile by taking part in the Sport Relief Mile.

Alex Jones, Matt Baker and John Inverdale host live coverage from The Mall, home to the London Mile. The programme is also live in Glasgow and Manchester, where the Mancunian Milers are accompanied by a live music performance by Olly Murs. Over one million people of all ages and abilities are doing the mile over the course of the Sport Relief weekend, one of the largest mass participation events ever staged in the UK. BBC cameras are at all 17 Flagship Miles to capture the excitement. The programme also features special films about how Sport Relief money is transforming the lives of disadvantaged people in the UK, and some special star guests pop in to share their Sport Relief Mile experiences.
