Joe Crowley meets John and Lyndon who currently live in London, but for years have dreamt of escaping the rat race and moving to the countryside. They have recently bought a 1950s three bedroom semi in the commuter village of Balcombe, West Sussex and have big plans, but need to agree on how they will extend the property on a tight budget.
