A banished Erin goes to the Van Helsings. After passing a lie detector test, she then has to dust a vampire to prove herself - her brother, Ryan! When Erin discovers the weapon and plan to destroy the Draculas, she sends a warning letter to Vlad, who visits with the count to destroy the weapon.

Bertrand steals the Praedictum Impaver, believing that Erin's blood will release the last words of the book. Ryan follows him and learns that breather blood creates text in the book and steals the book for Ingrid. Vlad senses Erin is in danger and when he gets to her she tells him about Bertrand, Ryan and the book.

Renfield is kidnapped by Ingrid's posse but his blood does not open the book, it transpires that only a slayer's blood can do that. Vlad takes control and commands the book to him, Erin offers drops of her blood and the last page is filled. Show less
